青山集團(tuán)已經(jīng)與由期貨銀行債權(quán)人組成的銀團(tuán)達(dá)成了一項(xiàng)靜默協(xié)議。在靜默期內(nèi)，青山和銀團(tuán)將積極協(xié)商落實(shí)備用、有擔(dān)保的流動(dòng)性授信，主要用于青山的鎳持倉(cāng)保證金及結(jié)算需求。在靜默期內(nèi)，各參團(tuán)期貨銀行同意不對(duì)青山的持倉(cāng)進(jìn)行平倉(cāng)，或?qū)σ延谐謧}(cāng)要求增加保證金。作為協(xié)議的重要組成部分，青山集團(tuán)應(yīng)隨著異常市場(chǎng)條件的消除，以合理有序的方式減少其現(xiàn)有持倉(cāng)。
?Important Statement
Tsingshan group has reached an agreement with a consortium of hedge bank creditors on a standstill arrangement. In the course of the standstill period, Tsingshan and the consortium banks will progress discussions in relation to a standby secured liquidity facility intended principally for Tsingshan’s nickel margin and settlement requirements. For the period of the standstill, the participating hedge banks agree not to close out positions against Tsingshan or to make further margin calls in respect of existing positions. As an integral feature of the agreement, there is provision for the existing hedge positions to be reduced by the Tsingshan group in a fair and orderly manner as abnormal market conditions subside.
